Welcome to Amanda Marquis Photography! By accessing or using our website or services, including our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Amanda Marquis Photography.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all services provided by Amanda Marquis Photography, including SMS communications. By booking, using our services, or opting into SMS messages, you agree to these terms. We may update the T&C at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Services Provided

Amanda Marquis Photography specializes in luxury boudoir and intimate photography. Our services include wardrobe consultations, professional hair and makeup, and themed sessions tailored to your vision.

3. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable retainer fee of $499 is required to secure your session date.

Session bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

Products and albums are purchased separately and are not included in the retainer fee.

4. Client Conduct

We provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in session termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All images and content created by Amanda Marquis Photography are owned by us. Clients may not reproduce, edit, or distribute images without our written permission.

6. Privacy and Image Usage

Client confidentiality is a priority. Images will only be shared publicly with signed consent.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you can expect occasional messages related to appointment reminders, updates, promotional offers, and service announcements.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting ‘STOP’ to the shortcode. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

To rejoin, simply sign up again through our usual process.
