What Your $499 Session Retainer Covers
The $499 non-refundable session fee reserves your photography experience. It is credited toward your final package or a la carte purchase. It covers the preparation and professional services that happen before, during and immediately after your photography session.
Images and products are not included in the session fee itself. Those are chosen and purchased during your reveal and ordering appointment, with your $499 credited toward whatever you select.

The session retainer is not simply payment for camera time. It covers the preparation and professional services that happen before, during and immediately after the photography session.
Pre-Session Consultation
Amanda learns what you want from the experience, answers questions, discusses wardrobe, talks through concerns and helps plan how you want your photographs to feel.
Professional Hair & Makeup
Professional hair and makeup take place in the studio before your photography session so you can settle into the experience and feel polished before stepping in front of the camera.
Wardrobe Guidance & Client Closet
Amanda helps you plan wardrobe choices and provides access to an inclusive client closet with current sizing from XXS through 6XL.
Fully Guided Posing
You are not expected to know how to pose. Amanda directs posture, hands, shoulders, hips, legs, expression and movement throughout the photography session.
Guided Photography Session
Your guided session allows time for multiple looks, poses and expressions without being treated like a rushed mini session.
Same-Day Image Reveal
After the photography portion, you see your photographs and decide which images and products you want to purchase.
Are Boudoir Photos Included in the $499 Session Retainer?
No.
The session fee covers the experience itself, including your consultation, professional glam, wardrobe guidance, client closet access, guided photography and same-day reveal. Your $499 session fee is non-refundable and is credited toward your final package or a la carte purchase, so you are not paying it on top of the products you choose.
This means you are not required to choose images before you know what they look like. During your reveal, you can decide which photographs you love and what you would like to purchase.

Payment Options
Amanda Marquis Photography accepts several forms of payment and offers ways to plan ahead for your investment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Amanda Marquis Photography currently offers third-party financing through Affirm and PayPal Credit. Approval odds, interest rates, terms and credit requirements are determined by the financing provider.
Boudie Bank
Pre-session payment plans are available. Amanda refers to the pre-session payment program as Boudie Bank. Clients receive information about the pre-session payment plan and available bonuses.
Post-Session Payment Arrangements
Post-session payment plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. For purchases under $1,500, one half is due as a deposit. For purchases over $1,500, one third is due as a deposit. Two credit cards are kept on file for automatic charges under the payment agreement.
Cash Discount
A 5 percent discount applies to cash brought to the ordering appointment. The cash discount applies to cash only and does not apply to checks or debit cards.

Professionally Produced
Albums are professionally designed and produced through premium professional labs. Images are hand edited based on the selections made during the reveal.
Production Time
Fine art albums and wall art generally take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to produce.
99-Year Guarantee
Amanda's current guide states that qualifying products carry a 99-year guarantee with proper care and storage.
In-Home Design
In-home design services are available for an additional fee for clients who want help planning how artwork will look in their space.
Due to the digital and custom nature of the work, all sales are final.
