Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
We understand that plans can change. The policies below explain how rescheduling, cancellations, retainers, and no-shows are handled for photography sessions booked with Amanda Marquis Photography.
1. Retainer & Booking
To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer fee of $499 is required at the time of booking.
If you booked using a promotional discount, the agreed-upon discounted amount applies.
The retainer secures your session date and time.
2. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session once, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the session date.
The rescheduled session must take place within six (6) months of the original session date.
Any additional reschedules or reschedule requests made within 30 days of the session will result in a $299 service fee.
Amanda Marquis Photography will do its best to accommodate your request, but immediate availability is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellation Policy
The retainer fee is non-refundable as it secures your session date and time.
If you cancel your session within 30 days of your scheduled date, you agree to pay a $299 cancellation fee.
A card on file is required for this charge.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, your retainer fee is forfeited.
A $299 no-show fee will be charged.
