The ladies that walk into my studio are passionate, smart, caring and drop dead gorgeous, but even still, they have their moments of self-doubt when they book a session with me and realize they will be exposing every part of themselves in front of the camera. 

It can be hard to bare it all and feel completely confident in the way you look, and I get it! There are moments where I wish my legs were a little longer, my hair was a little fuller and I was ten years younger than I am now (don’t we all). But the point of a boudoir session with me is to embrace your flaws and walk out of my studio feeling even more confident about the woman you are. And in the event you are still feeling a little self-conscious about your tummy or crow’s feet, you don’t have to stress about trying to change anything before your session. There’s no need to spend more time in the gym or grabbing last minute injections. There are ways to hide your “flaws” until you begin to completely embrace them, but I promise after a session with me you will! Here are five ways we will make you look and feel perfect on the day of your session!

Full Glam

Why not spend the morning of your shoot beautifying yourself with professional hair and makeup? Your day includes full-service glam on site with the most talented hairstylist and makeup artist at no extra cost. That’s right, getting the star treatment is part of the process! They will help you achieve whatever look you are going for with ease! They create a look that is authentically you, but even better, by highlighting your natural beauty, while hiding any problem spots. You will be completely pampered, and left feeling so confident in how you look that you’ll be doing double-takes of yourself all day! Be sure to book a dinner reservation after your shoot, because you’re going to want to show the world how you look after your session!

Professional Wardrobe Consultation 

If you’re not a lingerie girl, you may be angsting about what to wear on the day of the session that will highlight your best features and hide your problem areas. That’s why I offer professional guidance on what you should wear to look and feel your best. We can talk through lots of lingerie options, or you can opt for something with more coverage. Your wardrobe is completely up to you, and I will help you style yourself in a way that makes you radiate confidence. 

Lighting

It’s my job to showcase you in the best light possible, literally! After photographing so many beautiful women, I know exactly how to use light to your advantage. So many of your “problem areas” can be hidden with the right lighting. I am able to highlight both your femininity and rawness by using different lighting and that will translate into amazing photos for you!

Posing

Many women are hesitant when they first get in front of the camera. They have the classic “I don’t know what to do with my hands!” moment. But don’t worry! I am here to pose you from head to toe, and this gives me the ability to completely hide any areas you don’t want in the photos. Think your legs are too short? Not after I’m done posing them. By the end of the session the posing will come naturally, and your confidence in yourself, and your body, will come through in the photos.

Professional Editing

I think you are perfect without retouching, but I know my clients like a little tweak of their images here and there. My editing will capture every bit of you, as you are, in the place you are in your life at the moment of our session. When the photos are revealed you’ll be so happy to celebrate your body, all it's done for you, and exactly how it looks at that specific moment in time.
